SMS Terms of Service

These Mobile Terms of Service (“Mobile Terms”) govern text messages sent by Mosaic Design Labs (“Mosaic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to users who opt in to receive SMS or MMS messages from us. They supplement our general website terms and Privacy Policy.

Program description

The Mosaic Design Labs SMS program sends operational and service-related messages to clients, partners, and team members who have opted in. Examples include project updates, scheduling notifications, account alerts, and responses to inbound inquiries. Marketing messages, if any, are sent only with separate express consent.

Opt-in

You agree to receive text messages only after providing affirmative consent — for example by checking an SMS opt-in box on a form, replying START to our business number, or another documented consent method. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies based on your relationship with Mosaic and the nature of your projects.

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

Opt-out

You can cancel SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation and you will no longer receive SMS from this program unless you opt in again.

Supported carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier’s network availability.

Changes

We may update these Mobile Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will reflect the latest version. Continued participation in the program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
